/sci/ for someone who didn't complete college, what is the best approach to doing my own research? I haven't been exposed to research papers/their formats as much as someone who has been to college.
From what I understand many studies have many issues whether those issues be from replicability to skewed results depending on who is paying. How can I verify the data and results of the studies?
I think a good example is eggs, where every other year I hear eggs are bad for you, then they're good, then it's just egg whites, oh but actually the yolk is the healthiest part.... Well eggs are good but only a few...
