You are the job creator. Only you understand how matter and energy works. Only you understand technology. Only you know how to turn the raw materials from the soil into valuable products. The normie masses are just another raw material that came with the earth, they expect you to organize them and lead them like a captain and tell them what motions to do so they can partake in wealth creation without really knowing what they are doing.
As for the already rich, unless they are scientists themselves they still need you to tell them what to do.
