What I personally would recommend is finding a book like Precalculus Mathematics in a Nutshell or Basic Mathematics (haven't looked into this one but I've heard it's similar) and go through each section, doing practice problems until you fully and without struggle understand the concepts. If you remember something from high school and don't want to refresh, just skip it, it's not too big of a deal. For higher level math, I will again redirect you to the wiki. Good luck.
