I'm in need of some shit to improve focus and all around cognition. I can't be fucked to get amphetamines. Been thinking I'll try out phenylpircetam. Any anons have experience with *racetams and/or any other "legally" obtainable supps?

Maybe it works like that in clown town but in the civilised world they're really tight fisted with that shit. I'm not going to shell out 250 dollarydoos a pop just to get shot down for the first handful of consultations. They'll put me on shit like stratera and concerta before giving the good shit. Not worth my time or money.

phenylpiracetam is pretty solid, it's a lot more stimulating than most racetams and personally I prefer it over amphetamines because of less physical side effects
I've tried tons of different racetams, but in my experience phenyl is the gold standard for reliable fast heda powder
PRL-8-53 is amazing if you need to memorize a lot of info, but it does basically nothing else
modafinil/adrafinil can be useful especially if you didn't get enough sleep and need to be functional, but if you're already well rested and alert it doesn't do a lot

Thanks, I'm also considering high dose noopept + alpha gpc. I'm probably just going to try a bunch of stuff to find what works best for me.

I've done both. I acknowledge the benefits. I still want more. Before you parrot more shit from reddit, I get enough cardiovascular exercise, I supplement 6k IU of D3, I take magnesium, B complex, and a huge amount of omega 3. I also watch my sodium intake and it's within the medical consensus for a healthy dose. I've done fasting and keto as well. I've done sugar free, I've done timed glucose replenishment, I've done whim hof programs. I've fucking done it all apart from amphetamines and obscure nootropic compounds. I asked about nootropics, not whatever the current oniosn media meme shit is.
