Ramjets work best at Mach 3.4, I'm told... is that dependent on air-pressure?
Is there a ramjet equation for optimal speed given air-pressure?
That is: if I fly my ramjet higher, in lower pressure, I expect it has to go *faster* to take in the same amount of air. At a certain point I should be going fast enough I'll be in orbit...
