>>12708421Not necesseraly. Intelligence is mostly genetic, with some cultural factors. One can be very inteligent and not go to school, and one can educate themselfes without going to uni. It is just not usually like taht. People smart enough to go to uni, usually do so, and people who dont want to study probably wont educate themselfes too much.
