Hey /sci/ i thought we could start a thread for the general discussion of supplements. What do you take/recommend?
Also how safe is my current supplement routine? Can't seem to find much information about this combo so i thought I'd ask here. Every morning i take 500mg taurine, 200mg l-theanine, 1000mg of choline, 1000mg of ashwagandha and a cup of coffee. In the evening i take 1000mg of choline and 500mg of taurine and occasionally I'll take 200mg to 400mg of l-theanine as well. This works pretty well in terms of keeping me sharp and clear headed. Any long term dangers i should be aware of?
