I would say that laughter should probably be done at a 1/5 or 20% ratio, so 4 parts application with 1 part 'release' in order to demonstrate flexibility and provide a group tension release mechanism.
Most likely because any organism can handle 3 arbitrary variables to begin with and the intensity of those 3 variables acting on the 4th dimension (private convergence space) is what requires pressure and release in order to demonstrate the range of something to another thing.
