Some engineering stuff from central Europe; likely of decent quality and replicable.
Some social science experiments in burgerland? Coinflip at best.
Anything coming from some no name university from a third world country like China or India is likely not worth the paper it's printed on, much less considering they are forcing literally millions of graduates through the manege every year.
It's best to stay away from this.
Also any research that isn't done by a public research institute or university is likely bullshit (stuff like feminist interest group doing 'research' on how sexist everything is and how much advantages men get, or the Jewish organizations that conduct study to find out that still there is a lot of antisemitism and persecutions), as they don't do research to figure out the truth with genuine interest, but to affirm viewpoints that they already hold.
This is heavily biased and makes the research worthless.
