N95s gather dust and particles, the guidelines is to stop using them when they increase in mass a certain amount.

Sterilizing them won't change that fact.

Why not. This is a microfiber cloth. Its cleaning basically profounds in electromagnetism. The dust is static-electrocally attracted by the cloth.
