I dont know anything math related beyond freshman year hs, if i take enough khan academy lessons and am determined enough, could i pull it off?

high school math is ez, definitely self learnable especially if you at least high school calculus once before.

Kinda yes. You can learn to code and learn most of the subjects relating to computer science without needing a firm grasp of mathematics. However your ability to dive into more advanced topics in CS will be limited due to lack of mathematical knowledge. You won't need to apply math in your cs studies however having a knowledge of mathematical concepts really helps your learning. I don't know what kind of CS program you will be following but in my University all CS classes indicated the prerequisite classes you needed and most of them had maths in that. But then again we didn't necessarily used those in the class but we were required to know them to understand the class at hand.
