If we are determined, we are even less responsible because we do not control our sensory input nor how we will respond to them
I dont see any case for responsibility here because you cant hold someone responsible for their predetermined decision making unless you are going to hold them responsible in a descriptive sense that they are a cause/factor with resulting effects rather than a truly responsible moral actor.
