Nootropic supplements. Depends on what your current issues are. Difficulties concentrating? Anxiety? Depression? Fatigue? There are different supplements that help different issues. If you haven't swallowed the nootropics pill I'm not going to go into depth here but you can't go wrong with stacking up on omega-3s, fish oil and krill oil. Lions mane is a great one too. I would suggest looking up "nootropics for x" on google with x being your current issues that you face.
As for diet, cutting out fast/fried food should be obvious. No refined carbs. This includes chips, white bread, and most processed food. Try to stay away from hydrogenated vegetable oils. Stick to expeller-pressed or cold-pressed oils, often you will find olive oil and avocado oil in these forms. S-tier would be going full on keto but not everyone is down for that type of commitment. I'm a ketofag and personally, never felt better in my entire life. There's alot of information out there on keto and how it affects the body and mind if you care to research it yourself.
Also, surround yourself with people who want the best for you. If you think substances have been affecting you negatively and all your buddies are still doing this shit every weekend, then maybe start spending time with people who possess habits in which you want to emulate.
One more thing, motivational podcasts/authors. What worked for me was the Jordan Peterson podcast. He definitely helped me find motivation to want to better myself. If you are having motivational issues or just general depressive/nihilistic tendencies, I would highly suggest tuning into some of his lectures.
