I recently looked into my event viewer for Microsoft 10, and discovered tons of event logs regarding successful logins and special logons and whatnot. Tons of them every second, thousands a week. I have a new anti virus software (avira, avast) and was wondering if those were the sources of all this log event activity?
It happens when I leave the laptop idle for the night, when I'm sleeping.
Is this just background maintenance?
