>>12695415I had a similar problem, though maybe not to that extent, and when I took a sleep study it found that I had sleep apnea. Basically that means my throat would close on itself while sleeping, and I would have to wake up for a split second to gasp for air so I didn't suffocate, and this would happen dozens of time per night. This obviously disrupts your sleep cycle by breaking you out of deep REM sleep that it takes a while to sink back into, so you can sleep for 12 hours but get the restfulness of 4. Now I have a machine that pumps air into my throat to keep it open at night. Set up a sleep study, even if its not apnea they can probably find out what the hell os wrong with you.
