Hey guys, I want to learn math. Would anybody mind recommending some resources (khan academy goes too slow, books are preferred). I have an 8th grade education. Thanks in advance

Khan Academy is more than fine, do the quizzes first and then watch the videos of stuff you didn't know or made mistakes in.

you need to find a textbook and just do a shit ton of problems. go to z-lib.org download literally any pre-algebra book and start at chapter 1. if you get confused then google the solution (don't just copy the answer). have fun.

You have four options:
Gelfand Algebra, Functions and Graphs, Geometry, Trigonometry and the Method of Coordinates (all on libgen) then a Calculus book,

Openstax up to precalculus then Lang's basic mathematics then a calculus book,
Openstax up to precalculus then Stitz-Zeager's precalculus then a calculus book.
For Calculus, any of Courant, Spivak or Apostol are good but baby Rudin is better, although incredibly hard.
When you've done basic calculus, read Axler's Linear Algebra done right followed by Tao's Analysis.
This should take you 18 months if you give it 10 hours a week, every week.
