Why is the vagina shaped the way it is?

If the evolutionary purpose of sex is to reproduce then wouldn't it make sense that a vagina that felt so good that the male ejaculated immediately would out-compete one that was loose and took a long time for the male to climax?

It shouldn't feel loose if the woman has good muscular control. I had an ex who could tighten up so much she could completely force me out.

I have actually wondered this myself. What is the evolutionary advantage to sex taking so long? Wouldn't it be advantageous for all males to be premature ejaculators? If I haven't had sex in some time I could finish in under a minute if I wanted to, but even one minute is more dangerous being vulnerable than say 10 seconds.

It all comes down to the shape of the penis.
It has a ridge on the back of the glans to take out early deposited sperm in the vagina left by other males.
The longer it takes for you to ejaculate the more time the ridge will have to do its job and remove the previous seed.

If that's the case, then why didn't we all evolute to have at least 14-16 inch penisis?
