Meanwhile, Virgin put in paperwork for their next launch and got approval near instantly, for a launch only 2 days out.
If you honestly don't believe the FAA is pissing around with SpaceX, you aren't looking at the whole picture.
Now that I think about it too, there were a few commercial flights with the Falcon9 that the FAA screwed around with.
Are they out to ruin SpaceX? No.
Are they unfairly treating them? Yes.
