The FAA held up SN9 because of shit related to SN8. They even held up SN8 because other other retarded garbage. Hell, keep going backwards and there have been months of lost time because the FAA sat on paperwork.
Meanwhile, Virgin put in paperwork for their next launch and got approval near instantly, for a launch only 2 days out.
If you honestly don't believe the FAA is pissing around with SpaceX, you aren't looking at the whole picture.
Now that I think about it too, there were a few commercial flights with the Falcon9 that the FAA screwed around with.
Are they out to ruin SpaceX? No.
Are they unfairly treating them? Yes.
