Is there a way to increase IQ?
My IQ is 125, professionally tested, is there a way to increase my intelligence?
I would accept all opinions, even if it's related to metacognition and such.

IQ is meaningless dipshit. You can increase it by doing IQ tests for the rest of the year and then retaking the test. You won't be smarter but you will have a higher IQ because all an IQ test shows is how well you can make an IQ test.

It's on the same psuedoscience level of Myer-Briggs tests.

Sure, like with any test, you can study for it and get a better score.

This is a completely different question. Intelligence is a broad thing, it isn't even defined properly. Maybe you can become more intelligent by acquiring skills that help you adapt better and solve common problems, but I don't know if that counts. A sure starting point is to become a good communicator and improve on your people skills.
