on my view of math, there's nothing in principle that math can't describe because it's just a system of symbol manipulation, where the meaning that corresponds to each symbol is decided subjectively by fiat, according to what the user of math needs. if there are things that can't be described it would show not be a problem with math but a problem with language.

But what about the fact that math is primarily a tool of quantifiability, and when you try to represent symbols with non-physical attributes you end up with schizo babble? I think this is where the language problem comes in like you said, but i also see the core problem or treating things as identities rather than differences

Non physical as in non measurable or at least not with numbers. A big problem arises when we examine ideas such as consciousness, morality, etc but this could as well apply to way more simple and widely accepted notions that are more abstract rather than physical

One of the problems with the question is the "everything" part of it. That's broad. I'm not aware of any mathematical link between subjective experience and phenomena and the underlying physical reality.

Some people might tell you that physical reality is all that is and that subjective experience is an illusion. However, the only thing we know for sure exists is our subjective experience.

i think what you worry about is similar to worrying about how to describe the experience of what it is like to see blue to a person born blind. so you want math to describe qualia but think it can only describe relations. this is not a problem because already we can describe images to each other and communicate what we care to communicate. i can use the symbol "blue sky" and you can conjure up a scene in your imagination. if i need to explain to you what i mean i can just point at the sky. there are always relational properties associated with everything, and we use them to point at things that are only pointable. for instance i can point at an indescribable experience by saying "after i ate psychedelic mushrooms".
