What are the physical and mental traits of a woman who is physically and mentally capable of having as many children as possible?
I want to marry a woman who would want to have kids from her early 20s, I would say until menopause but I understand that children become autistic when born to late mothers.
I was born from K selected parents but I want r selected numbers of offspring, with the hope I can retain quality with quantity.
How would I do this? What do I look for? How would I look for this desire in her and express it to her? How would I also select to prevent injury or death to my wife in the process?
