If you mean "beat the sp500" then yes, you just need to machine learn to buy a crypto or stock whenever elon musk tweets about it. bitcoin jumped 22% when he put it in his twitter bio. The sp500 maxes out at around 35% a year. You do the math

Yes, the machine learning is the easy part. The hard part is getting enough high quality data. Unless you already work at a hedge fund you will not be able to collect enough data to make it worth your whole.
