Tip of FInger hurts 2.5 days after cutting nails short

In case anyone is like a doctor or anything I cut my fingernails like 2.5 days ago, but three of the ten are kinda slightly swollen on the end and I think I may have cut them short. Would this still be kinda swollen today if I cut them short, or should i like go get them checked out?
