Richard Feynman, Karl Popper, and several prominent psychiatrists, psychologists and scientific researchers have been claiming for decades that Psychiatric and Psychological diagnostics for mental illnesses are not only obviously not scientific, but that they do more harm than good.
Even the World Health Organization and the National Center for Biotechnical Information have more meta-analysis studies that debunk psychiatric criteria and diagnostics than support them.

When looking at tests for ADHD for instance, most tests automatically reject outside influence and aggressively support valuing constricted conformity to measures that are not required by medical science to be valued as inherently healthy or "correct", and that psychiatry's precept of "correctness and order" is directly in conflict with requirements for justifying such precepts used in diagnostic criteria.

Why are so many people obsessed with promoting the USA's, UKs, AU's and Africa's concept of Mental Health, which claims the ability to make claims about people's capabilities and behavioral patterns without testing capabilities and behavioral patterns and instead substitutes in test-based questionnaires that are advertised as "self-report" despite the targets for diagnosis not being allowed to hold the pen and paper?

Even more ridiculous are claims of brain issues without brain analysis.
