I’ve had a singular lymph node on the back of my neck that has been inflammed and makes my neck stiff and uncomfortable when I turn my neck. It’s been this way since Christmas about, should I go to a doctor? I can’t really turn my neck well, do I see an ENT?

Can you take a picture of it?
How long has it been there? Is it tender, warm, soft or firm, can you move it around?
You can just see your regular doc and they can treat it and perform relevant workup. ENT not necessary.

Not tender, kinda hard, but very warm always. It’s not on the right side of my neck, only on the left. It also makes my traps and back hurt.

Can you move it around? Or is it firmly attached to some underlying fascia/muscle? If you don't want to take the pic, can you measure its size?

Same OP, walking to class, was at home when made the bread.
It’s above the muscle and semi attached, I don’t know too much about how it ought to feel. But it feels like a lymph node
I made an appointment later today with an ENT

What you have told me is actually concerning for a lymphoma. Hodgkin's lymphoma can arise in young adults as well. It has a bimodal distribution.
I would recommend seeing an IM doctor so they can take a biopsy and hopefully it isn't a lymphoma.
