How long do you think it will take them to figure out what every possibly sequence of nucleotides in dna does? I know there's an impossibility huge number but it'll be possible to do with quantum computing? right?

That’s yesteryears stuff. Sequence motives aren’t really that meaningful. The genome changes, there is massive interaction/complex regulation and the transcriptome is something entirely different. Every cell is a genetic universe of it‘s own. Putting something out of the body changes a lot of things. Probably we will never know and/or wreck something really badly.
