i came across one of those retarded ads a couple of minutes ago about how you can enlarge your dick by 8 inches in 5 seconds by taking one of their pills or whatever

but it made me think: can such a pill even be made? sure, maybe your dick won't grow in 5 seconds but in, say, a few months? would it even work? i imagine that whoever makes such a pill that works and is tested and approved to be safe would become a billionaire in an instant
