At our university there are only few women doing classical mechanical engineering, however, in degrees like medical engineering or biotechnology / bioinformatics. Also, chemistry has also a lot of women here. Degrees that combine humanities and STEM have also a lot of women, e.g. Human Factors (psych + engineering), Cognitive science, Sociotechnical systems, etc.
