Im doing an assignment where we have to figure out the rate law of a reaction, then calculate the rate constant and also determine the units of that rate constant.
The rate law of the reaction is k[Cl_2]^3/2 [CO] (got this part right)
So then the overall reaction rate must be 5/2?
I cant seem to get the units of k correct though
I would assume it would be:
L^(5/2 - 1) * mol^(5/2 - 1) * s^(-1)
= L^(3/2) * mol^(3/2) * s^(-1)
However the website is telling me that the units are incorrect
