Your duties dont end at the end of the employee handbook, doesnt matter what field you're in. In every interview they mention that they may ask you to do something that goes beyond your job description, and most people say yes because they want the job and want the money. If you list bilingual on your resume then you can ask for more money than someone who doesnt because its a useful skill that not everyone has.
