You should start to meditate sitting on a chair first for about 40 days, AT THE EXACT SAME TIME EVERYDAY, when it's super quiet.
After you finish meditating you should pray to God for whatever you want in life, keep praying for whatever you want after meditating and shortly before you meditate, after meditating on your chiar for 40 days, switch to meditating on your bed for 30 days at the exact same time everyday, do the same thing, except place your hands on your solar plexus, say a prayer of protection to only meet your spirit guides from the throne of grace. Also you can talk to people during your meditations when you are in bed, read the boxed in thing on the first link at the bottom of the page, read it carefully, READ IT CAREFULLY THINK ON WHAT IT SAYS ONN EVERY SENTENCE.
Don't trust any dead people you may meet, if you meet a dead person or you feel as if you meet a dead soul that wants to fuck with you read the link about demonic possession say "Get thee behind me".
What's going to happen is that as you continue to meditate you shall hear voices, tiny voices, maybe some giggling, you may also see some silhouettes of eyes and faces, that's them, those on the throne of grace, ask them for advice on life or like what job best suits you, or like if this or that girl is good for you, think of someone while meditating in bed, you should be able to interact with them if you do it at night, never use your powers for bad anon, don't hurt anyone you know, and most importantly, KEEP IT A SECRET!
