If I have a boner I want to get rid of I do the simple "flex thighs for 30 seconds" and it disappears.
But if I'm trying to control global blood pressure I sorta flex my whole body. With particular focus on chest and some weird part going up (ascending aorta?). Basically I just focus on constricting blood vessels around my body so blood pressure has to compensate. Flexing alone helps but the real stable increase/decrease comes from vasoconstriction. It's hard to properly describe but it's similar in how you can make yourself resist cold better.
Really just get a stress headache that reacts to blood pressure/blood pressure monitor and practice. I had a lot of migraines growing up so I got really good at ensuring that my blood pressure wouldn't spike unexpectedly. Trying to jack off with one of those headaches is hard mode but possible to do without pain due to blood pressure changes from arousal. Just tricky to compensate.
