OP you should start running and doing cardio. Get some adderall for awhile if it helps you wake up and work out before school and/or work. Even if it's just a couch to 5K, jog outside. Wear sunglasses and avoid people and focus on improving your physical health. It will restructure your life in ways you do not realize.

I have a piece of paper on my wall that di we extly stares right back at my face constantly when I'm on my laptop, it says " How does this help me physically, mentally, and or spiritually", it acts as a reminder to focus on what matters, it just those words written on some printer paper taped to my wall, you should try it. Also I meditate by sitting down in my chair closing my eyes and visualizing the end result of what I need to do, as if I have already completed it
