TIL you can rupture your aorta and die from doing heavy deadlifts.

I also just watched some videos of guys fucking bleeding from their heads while deadlifting 800 or even 1000+ pounds.

So I need to ask from the Med and Bio anons here:

What is the maximum deadlift I could do safely without risking a ruptured aorta and/or bleeding from my fucking head??

For reference I am:
>5'7"
>196 pounds

And I pull 310 for 5 reps on trapbar deads currently.

I don't care about competitive lifting nor ego-lifting to impress other guys about "my numbers". I am only lifting for the strength/athleticism and for the V-taper to help me pull girls with big boobas, simple as.
