>>12669252Yes! It's called starlifting. If you have really powerful space machinery, and I mean REALLY powerful, you can force a star to eject mass and then you can collect it. Once you decrease the star's mass enough it will become a red dwarf. Now red dwarfs put out less energy per second than other stars, but they also last a lot longer, and go through much more of their fuel supply. Red dwarfs last trillions of years, and never explode.
