Not directly, but I suspect that one great filter is globalization and the subsequent diluting of a species genes to the point homogeneity and cellular death. People always go on about how "one day everyone will be brown bro" but they forget that eventually that will kill genetic diversity. Ironically cultural diversity is the death of genetic diversity and the species at large. I suspect that either naturally or artificially, a species must have members genetically distant from one another for great periods of time with no contact in order for them to remain genetically viable. When a species globalized to the point where everyone is more or less the same, they start running into serious genetic illness and eventually extinction.
The other great (potentially greater) filter is probably consumption. I suspect that humanity is consuming rare minerals and resources far faster than our ability to access alternative resources (essentially, space mining and energy harvesting), and by the time we are in desperate need of those resources we will lack the existing resources to harvest them, leading back to a primitive medieval societal state until an inevitable extinction event.
Nuclear/atomic weapons and ICBM's are also probably a great filter (and relativistic weapons, should we ever get that far). In humanities case we survived that filter (so far) but who knows?
