People need balance. Very few people can live most of their waking life in a room studying. Sex, friendship, status are deep sources of satisfaction and can replace the need for quick dopamine hits supplied by porn and other internet entertainment. I don't think there's much wrong with fapping every so often, but it can become an addiction when there's nothing else to do. If you're not already exercising try weightlifting or simply jogging.

Don't you have to go to work OP? You can't fap at work. Well at least in the before times you couldn't. But as a coomer I can tell you that day faps really aren't that great and night faps are much better. If you wait at least three days to fap, the fap quality goes up dramatically, because that's how long it takes your seminal vesicles to recharge at minimum. You can only coom so much so it's best to make sure the faps you have are the best faps.
