So i have pic related rn. My understanding is that there will be faster cell turnover when a retanoid is applied topically. What type of things should I expect with this? Will it help with atrophic scars and uneven areas? What would happen if I microneedled this and got into the dermis? Skin care seems fairly complicated and it's one of my last things before im done looksmaxxing.
