I take both Ritaline (30mg) and L-theanine (400 mg).
In case you're wandering why I don't up the dosage ritaline is highly regulated in my shitty country and my psychiatrist has made me understood that it was a bad idea to up it (had to struggle to find one who would prescribe me it).
Anyway any legal over the counter drug/supplement I could take that helps with concentration?
