Since the development of Starship is going to take us some time, as we have seen in today`s test, why don`t we use Falcon 9 Heavy, which we already have and is working, to build a base in the Moon?

Falcon 9 Heavy can ferry all the elements we need to build a base in the moon, inflatable habitats, power and communications equipment, sabatier machines, rovers, etc.
We can even send robots to build the base and finally send humans with SLS or when Falcon 9 is certified for astronauts which shoudn`t take long.
