Could any physics knowers explain why this instant communication is impossible? I see why it’s not feasible but sure there’s a formal reason it’s not possible, right?

As soon as the emitter expands the attraction between the two is greater.
Thus there is instantaneous communication.
Obviously it takes time to fully expand but any expansion increases the attraction so why is this not in theory a way to send signals instantly?
