I am currently trying to translate NIR images to RGB images by using a PatchGan (conditional GAN with Patch Descriminator).
Has anyone ever done anything similar ?
Im looking for ideas or inspiration to perform this domain translation.
Grey-NIR images are sharp, but it's values are not related to the color of the underlying subject, rather it's material.
Meaning the same grey Value of a NIR image could be a different color RGB and the opposite also holds.
Im looking for inspiration in our hive mind that is.
