It's not salary.
Most of the money went to some 3rd party tech company grifters, maybe the vice dean is on the board.
The secretary settles a sexual harassment lawsuit for 6 figures and the coffee slave is the new head of student affairs in 15 years.

Wrong. 95% of that money has been devoted to further developing indigenous/ethnic studies programs and funding as much new affirmative action staff as possible.
