Is there a way to enrich your sleep to allow you to get more sleep value in less time?
This is obvious to some extent. I'd expect lying in bed with your eyes open and the light on for 12 hours to rest the body less than sleeping deeply for 8 hours. Scientifically speaking, is there a way to condense an average person's 8 hours of sleep into 4-5 hours? Physiologically, what must be accomplished for that to occur?
