I can place a flash light in a table and run the opposite direction making those photons break the speed of light.

From your reference frame, the photons will appear to move at the speed of light relative to you. It will look like they arent leaving the flashlight.
You could say it will look to you like time has stopped at the table.

In any case, the photons appear to move at c relative to you, no matter how you move. The faster you go, the slower time appears to move at the table.

Pic related makes more sense. How does my movement affect the speed of light?
If I have a utensil to measure the distance of a light photon from a distance, put it on top of my head and aim it at the photons coming off the flash light as I run at speed s in the opposite direction, then the measured speed would be (assume initial distance to be 10m and that the utensil travels at the speed of light because that's how things works, and that it does it at 1 second intervals):

Oh wait, the distance would be "inifnite" because it will always be 10m behind and never come back. Wait, wtf?
