I once stumbled upon a blog of some old boomer "regrowing" his foreskin. He literally just had clamps that stretched his skin to make a "foreskin".

That's one option and is uses similar mechanisms to how people stretch out their earlobes with earrings. There's also a research company called Foregen looking into a regenerative therapy for foreskins using ECM (extracellular matrices) but it's slow going for them, mostly from lack of funding and lack of exposure-- they don't have any major companies or hospitals, universities, etc backing them.

this is your best bet. i read a study that said this improved feeling and protection significantly more than normal cut but isn't as good as normal foreskin. the more flexibility is definitely a plus
