Electronics, small enough to be sewed into your skin, powered by heat from your body somehow, or something else i dunno. The electronics could function like a smartphone but decentralized all over your body. Make a phone call with your thumb and index finger for example.
Would it work? Obviously it'd require even more miniaturization of electronics, but it's much more feasible than those google glasses or replacing your body with cyborg stuff.
