Positrons are anti-electrons, they are emitted any time an atom undergoes beta decay. And they're something we already use in modern healthcare technology.
Anyways thats not a real answer to your question of where is the anti-matter, because theoretically the big bang should have made as much matter as anti-matter. But clearly it didn't because everything didn't spontaneously annihilate. Hence your question. And the answer is we don't know because modern science is full of big glairing holes and nobody can get their dick straight enough to validate dark matter let alone unify QM with GR
