The best explanation I found is that they look younger. As in it is clearer to see that they are young and fertile compared to black women at the same age for example.
Another explanation is that whites are the most diverse when it comes to phenotype. You've seen the meme where whites have several natural different eye colors and hair colors compared to any other race, so the probability that some rando would find something they like in whites is higher.
Another explanation, similar to that above, is that blonde hair, green/blue eyes, etc are really unique that they stand out, making them more attractive.
There is also a fringe explanation that Jews sexualized whites with porn, but it really doesn't make sense historically since a lot of populations preferred whites before porn was a common thing.
