Recommend me a book to understand differential equations

Hi anons, Biology student here. Have to understand differential equations for some concepts in physics and chemistry and am having trouble understanding it.
Any math book you can recommend for a mathlet frens?

Most calculus cources contain a section about differential equations. I only passed calculus barely in university after a second try. So I'm not going to recommend anything. But maybe watch the MIT or Stanford calculus lectures they allowed me to pass the cource.

Differential equations only make sense in the context of their derivation, and all the classic proofs rely on the Leibniz/physicist's concept of differentials

I'd recommend the MIT OCW differential equations notes/lectures/problems. If you're dead set on a book, the Braun one is ok –I used it and thought it was pretty meh. I've heard good things about Trench's text on DEs with BVPs. If you're interested in dynamical systems, Strogatz's book is really nice as well.
